Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and joker12 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website at joker12.cam and any associated services, applications, promotional activities or game content offered thereunder.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform or participating in any game, contest or promotional programme, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

joker12 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with joker12, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. joker12 does not permit account registration by any person under 21 years old, irrespective of local age-of-majority provisions.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful under applicable local, national and international law.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee or nominee for any third party.
4. You have not previously had an account closed, suspended or terminated by joker12 for breach of these Terms.
5. You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent or close relative of joker12 or any of its affiliated technology or service partners, unless explicit written consent has been obtained.
6. You are not diagnosed with or otherwise known to suffer from a gambling addiction or disorder at the time of registration.
7. The funds you deposit represent your own lawfully obtained money and are not the proceeds of criminal activity.

Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one account on the joker12 Platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts for the same individual are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether by shared personal details, IP address, payment method or device fingerprint — joker12 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

Registration requires the provision of accurate, current and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, contact telephone number and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. joker12 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login details. You must notify joker12 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Deposits and Payments

joker12 accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) through a range of payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank internet banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and eligible credit or debit cards. The availability of specific methods may vary without notice.

• A minimum deposit amount applies per transaction, as displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account balance in real time, subject to banking and payment processing delays outside the control of joker12.
• joker12 does not charge a platform fee for deposits, though your financial institution or eWallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits must be made from accounts or payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• joker12 reserves the right to refuse, reverse or investigate any deposit where fraud, money laundering or identity misrepresentation is suspected.

Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawal of eligible Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and the completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 10. Bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Clause 7.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per request, as displayed within the account portal.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is typically 1–5 business days, depending on the payment provider and account verification status. Higher-tier VIP accounts may benefit from expedited processing lanes.
• joker12 may request additional documentation prior to approving a withdrawal request where the transaction is considered high-value or where account information has not previously been verified.
• Withdrawal requests that remain pending for more than 30 calendar days due to incomplete KYC documentation may be cancelled.
• joker12 will not process withdrawals to accounts held in names other than that registered to the joker12 account.

Bonuses and Promotions

joker12 offers a range of promotional products including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral credits, cashback programmes and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by its specific terms, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all joker12 promotional activities:

• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. Where a wagering requirement is stated as "10x", the User must wager an amount equal to ten times the bonus value in qualifying games.
• Certain game categories — including but not limited to Live Dealer tables, selected slot titles and sports bet types — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirement fulfilment. Eligible games and contribution rates are published within each promotion's specific terms.
• Promotional offers are limited to one per household, device and payment method unless otherwise stated.
• joker12 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotion structures, using multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, or placing low-risk hedged bets to extract bonus value — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account closure.
• All bonus amounts and maximum caps are stated in MYR. Examples such as "MYR 2,880" or "RM50 minimum deposit" represent promotional parameters subject to current active terms and are not guaranteed outcomes.

Game Rules and Conduct

All games offered on the joker12 Platform — including slots, live dealer casino, sports betting markets, lottery formats and instant games — are governed by their individual game rules, which shall be accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules are expressly stated to take precedence.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and real-time play. joker12 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and the corresponding stake returned to the User's account balance.
• Sports betting outcomes are settled based on officially confirmed results from relevant governing bodies. Where a result is disputed or under investigation, settlement may be delayed.
• The published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games represent theoretical long-term averages calculated across a large number of rounds and do not predict or guarantee the outcome of any individual session.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the joker12 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registration of more than one account per individual.
• Provision of false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to influence game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedged wagering strategies designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent.
• Depositing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, money laundering or fraud.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account.
• Any action intended to harm, disrupt or exploit the Platform's technical infrastructure.

KYC and Verification

joker12 is required to maintain robust Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures for anti-money laundering compliance and player protection purposes. Users may be required to complete verification before their first withdrawal, upon reaching certain cumulative deposit thresholds, or at any time at joker12's reasonable discretion.

Verification documents commonly required include:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Malaysian MyKad, Malaysian driving licence, or current passport. The document must be in date, clearly legible and display your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days and displaying your full name and Malaysian residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document, as requested through the secure account portal.
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence of ownership of the deposit payment method may be required in certain circumstances.

Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of complete documentation submission. Withdrawal processing will be held pending successful verification. joker12 will not share KYC documentation with third parties except as required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Account Suspension and Closure

joker12 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive or abusive conduct.
• Instruction from a competent regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
• The User's voluntary self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gambling policy.

Upon closure of an account for cause, joker12 may forfeit any Bonus Balance and Bonus-derived winnings. Real Money Balance remaining in the account following the resolution of any outstanding investigations will generally be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to applicable compliance checks.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, joker12 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings or business opportunity.
• Loss of or damage to data, account credentials or personal information not directly caused by a breach of joker12's own security obligations.
• Platform downtime, technical errors, communication failures or delays caused by third-party service providers including payment processors and internet service providers.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or individual game rules.

joker12's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any individual incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the three months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim, unless a higher figure is required by applicable statute.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the joker12 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, database structures and editorial content — is the exclusive property of joker12 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering, scraping or commercial use of Platform content without prior written authorisation from joker12 is strictly prohibited.

Responsible Gambling

joker12 is committed to maintaining a safe, transparent and responsible gambling environment for all adult users. The Platform is designed solely for entertainment purposes and must never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

Available responsible gambling tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps that restrict the maximum amount you may deposit within the defined period.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes the User's acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept a material change, you should cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law, with particular reference to the laws of Malaysia where relevant. joker12 and the User agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform through direct negotiation in the first instance.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 calendar days, either party may escalate the matter through such dispute resolution mechanisms as may be available and appropriate. joker12's decisions on matters of game outcome, technical malfunction and bonus calculations are final once confirmed in writing following a formal review.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to consumers under applicable mandatory Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
